You step with bare feet onto the grass of your own spacious private garden, and as the sun slowly clears the mist above Lake Ossiach, you realize: your holiday has truly begun.

​After breakfast, it’s time for the lake. No need to worry about yesterday’s wet towels; they are already fresh and dry thanks to the private washing machine and the handy drying area inside the suite. For a wonderful day by the water, a convenient pull-along beach wagon is ready for you, completely stocked with wonderfully soft beach towels and a picnic basket – ideal for a comfortable stroll to the Badegemeinschaft and your exclusive private beach.

​Once at the lake, there is no need to search for a spot; your own private cabin with comfortable lounge chairs and parasols is already waiting for you. Want to seek out the calmness of the water? Grab one of the two complimentary SUP boards and paddle across the mirror-like lake. After a refreshing swim and an afternoon of water fun, you return to your own oasis, knowing that everything you need is right at your fingertips.

​Evenings to remember

​As the day comes to an end, the garden is the ultimate place to gather. While the children play in the massive 159 m² private garden, you can prepare a delicious meal in the modern kitchen or fire up the barbecue on the 32 m² terrace. With a good glass of wine in hand, you look out over the lake as it slowly turns to gold under the setting sun.

​No stairs, no crowds, just the luxury of space and the comfort of home. After dinner, unwind together in the cozy living room watching the brand-new Samsung 42-inch Smart TV.
