The layout is excellent – ideal for two adults and three children, or very comfortable for four adults. Everything was perfectly prepared and we felt very welcome. The owners are exceptionally kind, helpful, and warm. The welcome was very friendly and we also appreciated the lovely surprise in the room – champagne and sweets for the children, which was a very thoughtful touch. The accommodation is located in a stunning setting by the lake and at the same time very close to the Gerlitzen ski slopes. Another big advantage is the easy parking, even for a larger car. We were among the first guests and can say the owners truly do their best to make people feel comfortable here. We can fully recommend this accommodation and we will gladly return again Negative: What we liked most was how spacious the apartment was. There was plenty of room not only for comfortable living but also for storing skis, bikes, and sports equipment, making it perfect for both winter and summer stays.
