Extremely spacious, comfy, well equipped apartment. We rarely have so much comfort and storage space in apartments for the families of four. The apartment did not get hot even during a heat wave. Spacious private garden with plenty of shadow and only cows as your neighbours. Plenty of room to store our bikes in the garage. The host was super helpful. Enough parking space. The private beach is 10-15 minutes walk away or you can go by car; the beach is not crowded and it's well equipped (we really liked the paddleboards).

We can really only recommend, we had a wonderful stay. 10/10!

Some things to be aware of:
- Digital nomads, beware - the internet was not the fastest (including the LTE connection from the carrier). The host said the local infrastructure in Ossiach is being upgraded, and Kelag high-speed fiber-optic internet will be connected soon, though, so if the fastest internet is crucial for you, check before you arrive, maybe this is already solved!
- I prefer firmer mattresses, but it wasn't a problem, we had a good night's sleep. It didn't bother me really so I didn't ask the host, but I later learned that the mattresses come with a memory foam topper for extra softness, but this topper can easily be removed upon request for a firmer sleeping. So I'm sharing it here - if you prefer firmer mattresses, just ask the host.

Wir haben die Wohnung mit 5 Personen bewohnt und waren rundum zufrieden. Es war alles super und wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine neue, moderne Küche und auch ein Grill war vorhanden, den wir gerne genutzt haben. Besonders schön war der gepflegte Garten, der ausschließlich für uns zur Verfügung stand.

Ein weiteres Highlight war der private Seezugang! Dort standen SUPs und gemütliche Liegen zur Verfügung, sodass wir den See ganz entspannt genießen konnten. Das war für uns ein ganz besonderes Extra und hat den Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht.
Die Vermieter waren immer ansprechbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn wir Fragen und Wünsche hatten. Auch die zentrale Lage der Wohnung war für uns ideal, da die vielen Freizeitattraktionen der Region gut erreichbar waren.
Insgesamt eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft mit vielen tollen Extras, die wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden. Klare Empfehlung und verdiente 5 Sterne!

Positive: Ubytování bylo opravdu výjimečné. Paní majitelka byla velice milá a zdvořilá. Byt byl prostorný, vybavený a s krásnou zahradou, kde děti mohli běhat dle potřeby. I když občas zapršelo, díky balkónům jsme dál mohli sedět venku. Mají soukromou pláž, která je společná s jinými ubytováními, ale je velká se vším potřebným a nebylo tam ani moc lidí. Manželka byla více nadšená z víkendu zde, než z týdnu co jsme byli před tím v Italii.

Negative: Byly jsme tu krátce.

The accommodation was truly exceptional. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and had a beautiful garden where the kids could run around as they pleased. Even though it rained sometimes, we were able to sit outside thanks to the balconies. They have a private beach that they share with other accommodations, but it is large with everything you need and it was not too crowded. My wife was more excited about the weekend here than the week we had spent in Italy before.

Positive: We truly enjoyed our stay and were absolutely satisfied. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and very cozy. The layout is excellent – ideal for two adults and three children, or very comfortable for four adults.

Everything was perfectly prepared and we felt very welcome. The owners are exceptionally kind, helpful, and warm. The welcome was very friendly and we also appreciated the lovely surprise in the room – champagne and sweets for the children, which was a very thoughtful touch.

The accommodation is located in a stunning setting by the lake and at the same time very close to the Gerlitzen ski slopes. Another big advantage is the easy parking, even for a larger car.

We were among the first guests and can say the owners truly do their best to make people feel comfortable here. We can fully recommend this accommodation and we will gladly return again

Negative: What we liked most was how spacious the apartment was. There was plenty of room not only for comfortable living but also for storing skis, bikes, and sports equipment, making it perfect for both winter and summer stays. We also appreciated having a washing machine available, as well as the beautiful outdoor terrace with seating and barbecue facilities
