Our premier family suite offers extra privacy and the convenience of ground-floor living.

Layout: Two spacious bedrooms and an additional Extra bed available

Unique feature: The master bedroom has a private garden door leading directly into our peaceful green oasis.

Perfect for: Families or groups up to 5 people who value space and direct access to the garden and beach.

Small-scale & Exclusive

Boutique73 is also available for rent in its entirety for groups of up to 10 people. With our 3 suites, is the accommodation is perfectly suited for small groups such as motorcyclists, families, or fishing trips. To guarantee peace and privacy, we maintain a strict maximum of 10 guests on our entire premises. Our Suite Garden is standardly equipped for 4 people. For a 5th guest, an extra bed can be added (exclusively on request) for a fee of €45 per night.

We are Cilla and Bert.

Together with our two children, we have made our family dream come true: moving from the lovely Tilburg in the Netherlands to this breathtaking spot in Austria.

After years of dreaming, we found more than just a house here right on the shores of Lake Ossiach—we found a home. It is a place where the greenery of the Dutch countryside has been traded for the majestic peaks of the Gerlitzen Alpe and the emerald waters of the lake.
